Andrew is committed to creating tasty foods that are dairy-free, egg-free and vegetarian — and he is also committed to creating products as ethically as possible by minimising waste, reducing impact on the environment, trading locally where possible and treating customers and suppliers fairly.

Andrew is renewing the Screaming Carrot's focus on ethical sourcing and production, including the use of local suppliers, fair-trade and organic products where possible.
