Our pasties, pies
and cakes are fresh
- hand-made from scratch, following our own recipes, on our own
premises. In a typical week we roll out over 100 metres of pastry,
cut up and cook over 40 kilograms of fresh vegetables and use over
25 kilograms of organic flour in cakes.
We carefully source our ingredients to ensure they
do not contain animal by-products. Our kitchen is wholly meat, dairy
and egg-free, so there is no risk of contamination from the production
environment. This means our baked goods are suitable for vegetarians,
vegans, people with dairy and egg allergies/intolerances and any
person avoiding animal products for religious or other reasons.
We also sell bread and other baked goods, as well
as groceries,
which are dairy-free, egg-free and vegetarian.
We are also a pick up point for a local organic
veg box scheme.
